Contact and support

The repo currently defines product flows and legal pages, but it does not currently commit a public support inbox or contact form.

For now, use the support path that already exists inside the product flow, and treat the public contact details below as a launch checklist item for the maintainer.

Billing questions

  • open the parent app
  • go to Parent Dashboard > Settings > Account
  • use the available billing or customer-portal actions first

What to include when asking for help

Share:

  • whether the issue affects a parent or child flow
  • the household action you were trying to complete
  • whether the issue started after a billing, onboarding, or settings change
  • screenshots or exact error text when available
